We're delighted to see Hub Investigator, Professor Washington Yotto Ochieng, CBE, EBS, CEng, FREng, FCGI, featured in the Royal Academy of Engineering's new 50for50 photographic series.
Created to mark the Academy's 50th anniversary, the series celebrates 50 Fellows whose innovations have helped tackle some of humanity's greatest challenges. Captured by photojournalist Jude Vidal, the portraits showcase engineers whose work has shaped the modern world, from advances in radar and telecommunications to artificial intelligence, renewable energy and satellite technology.
Professor Ochieng is internationally recognised for his pioneering work in positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) systems engineering and serves as President of the Royal Institute of Navigation.
Congratulations to Professor Ochieng and all those featured in this inspiring celebration of engineering impact and innovation.
