Nobel Laureate and UofG graudate, Professor Sir David MacMillan, officially opening the Mazumdar-Shaw Research Centre.

As part of the day, Prof Sir MacMillan spoke to members of the University community about his life in research and academia to us about his reaction to the building.

 During the opening ceremony, UNESCO Artist in Residence, Tawona Sithole, performed his poem, 'arc', to assembled guests.
